"You can call me Logan's Mommy"

I won't claim to know everything about being a mom.  But, I have to say that I have been waiting to be a "mommy" for as long as I can remember.  And now that I have Logan, my world seems complete.  I also won't lie and say that it has been the easiest endeavor but it has definitely been worth it.  I know it's only been four months but I have really changed--for the better.  Having a child to look after forces you to be less selfish.  I needed that lesson.  I fought it at first but now I have totally embraced putting Logan's needs before my own.  And I love it! I love being the one that can comfort him.  I love being able to provide him the nutrition he needs.  I feel so honored to be given this child. 

So, when I am not taking care of my boy or spending time with my amazing husband, I will be writing about this amazing ride called parenthood.  It's the joys, the sacrifices, the pain and lessons learned that I want to put down into words.  If anything, it's  a chance to have other moms read and share with each other.
