Yesterday our family went to the Lincoln Children's Museum. We bought a year's pass to the museum so we can do as much as we want to this summer! This was Dominic's first time at the museum and had so much fun exploring all three levels. First we started in the basement and tried out the Ball Works exhibit, then crawled around in the gopher homes, played on a theater stage, explored the water exhibit (with some splashing) and sat in a big red chair. Next we went to the main level and played grocery store, doctor at a hospital, vet, and construction worker. The third level was Dominic's favorite because there was a space shuttle and Nasa space suites and hats. The shuttle "launched" with Dominic in it and he had such a big grin on his face! There was also a little airplane for the kids to climb in and pretend to fly. Logan also enjoyed his play area for kids under three. Overall it was a really fun day and we were very tired when we left. We will definitely be going back there soon, Dominic said on Monday :).
